What if the product is damaged in the mail?

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to support@roseon.finance, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Are all products in an order shipped together?

Some of our products come individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability. 

In some cases, we may fulfill products from the same order in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately.

Is Roseon shipping available in all countries?

We can’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.

There’s no concrete list of restricted countries, but for now, we can’t ship to Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea. This list may change periodically depending on world events.

How will my goods be shipped?

For overseas orders, we use DHL express.

Orders that are in stock are generally shipped the next working day.
