Care instructions
Printed apparel (direct-to-garment)
Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.
- Machine-wash cold is acceptable.
- Inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent.
- Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary.
- Fabric softeners or dry-clean items are not recommended.
- Hang-dry works best but tumble-dried on a low cycle is still acceptable.
- Use cool iron inside-out. Do not iron the print side.
Embroidered apparel
- Machine-wash cold is acceptable.
- Inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent.
- Non-chlorine bleach is recommended
- Rinse the garment in lukewarm and then in cold water several times if any color residued in water
- Do not soak the clothing in a pile while wet
- Use a cool air setting if it needs to be tumble-dried.
- Inside-out ironing and between two pieces of cloth is highly recommended. Do not iron wet embroidery or use a steam iron.
Embroidered hats, backpacks, and shoes
- Can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
- Hand-washed cold is highly recommended.
- Avoid using brushes, machine-washing, bleaching, tumble-drying, ironing, or dry-cleaning.
- Read the manufacturer label carefully for any other instructions.
All-over printed apparel, hats, and fabric
- Machine-washing cold is available without bleach.
- Avoid dry-cleaning or tumble-drying.
- Ironing with a low heat setting is highly recommended.
Mugs
- Microwave and dishwasher safe
- Highly recommended hand-washing so the print and coating will last longer.
Phone Cases
- Remember to remove the case from the phone before cleaning.
- Dampening a cloth or sponge in mild soap water, then rub your case gently in circles. Let it dry at room temperature.
- Avoid cleaning the case with any alcohol-based products.
